Yeast Infection

Hi I have a chronic reoccurrence of a white paste-like substance in my upper vaginal area (clitoris/prepuce and labia minor/urethra). I have no discharge or issues with my lower vaginal opening. Could this be stemming from something in my urine? I'm not sure how to approach it because I don't know if it's yeast. I've gone to the gynecologist before and have been treated for both yeast and bacterial infections in the past. But this white substance is a constant for me after any prescription is completed regardless. Any advice?
