Hi, I all of a sudden developed a rash on my lower legs (and once in awhile on my upper legs) that looks like small bumps filled with white fluid. They will not go away, my doctor said it was folliculitis, but I've been treated with two rounds of antibiotics and it's not leaving! Help! I'm sick of having to wear shorts everywhere to cover up my gross legs.
