Looking for Help with Psorasis

Hi there. I was diagnosed six months ago with psoriasis. So far, the disease is just on my legs and I can hide it most of the time. The patches aren't that big, but very annoying and itchy. I'm sick of having it. My doctor has given me a couple different creams to try, but nothing is working. Both are cortisone creams. I also put on lotion and make sure I moisturize all the time, but no luck. Nothing is helping. I'm so frustrated. I am thinking of seeing a specialist and may a natural medicine doctor or something. I can't live like this.
