If I got the genital warts, how possibles is it for me to pass it to someone else? I rarely get out breaks. Can I be cured of this thing? I have met a new lady I'd like to be with, but do not wants to pass it to her. Is condoms enough? Or do I need to do somethings else?

Yes it is a possiblity that you can pass it to your new partner. It can lay dormint for years and even after it's cleared up can come back. Both you and your potential new partner should be tested on a regualr basis.
